Lindsay R. McKasson

Lindsay graduated from University of San Francisco School of Law in 2013 and was admitted to the California Bar in the same year.  While in law school, she obtained USF’s International and Comparative Law Certificate and completed USF’s study abroad program at the Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic and at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.  Lindsay was the Managing Editor for the USF Maritime Law Journal, Vol. 25 as well as the Founder and President of the USF Admiralty and Maritime Law Society.  She also served as the Vice President of the Environmental Law Society.

Her practice specializes in maritime and longshore matters, including Jones Act and Longshore and Harbor Worker’s Compensation cases and claims.  She also specializes in personal injury cases, including but not limited to: boat accidents, automobile accidents, trip & falls, medical malpractice, and public entity claims.  Lindsay is licensed to practice law in California State courts as well as the United States District Court, Northern District of CA, the United States District Court, Eastern District of CA, and the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit.

Lindsay is a true Hoosier – she grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana and graduated from Indiana University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
